One membership in Compassion & Choices includes the following three memberships:  (1) Membership in National Compassion & Choices and a subscription to it's quarterly newsletter, Choices.  (2) Membership in the statewide chapter, Compassion & Choices Arizona, and a subscription to it's quarterly newsletter.  (3) In most cases, membership in your nearest Local Chapter.
